  • Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee.

  • Our minimum stay is generally 1 night Monday to Thursday and 2 nights on weekends. Minimum stays may vary during long weekends, school holidays and peak periods. Please check our direct booking calendar for availability and minimum-stay requirements.

  • Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome! Please keep pets within the designated fenced area surrounding the tiny home, ensure the pedestrian gate remains closed at all times, and keep pets off the beds.

    Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive pet hair is found on bedding or mattresses. As this is a rural property, livestock may be present in nearby paddocks or neighbouring properties.

  • For direct bookings, cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund.

    Cancellations made 7–14 days before arrival receive a 50% refund, while cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival and no-shows are non-refundable.

    Any applicable prepaid cleaning fee will also be refunded for cancellations made within the applicable free-cancellation period. For Airbnb and Booking.com reservations, the cancellation and payment policies of the relevant platform apply.

  • Yes! We provide five dedicated parking bays for guests, free of charge. If you're planning to bring a boat, jet ski or trailer, please let us know in advance so we can arrange suitable parking.
